我的顺直朋友跟我说，她曾经认为一个跨性别FtM如果还喜欢男人，就更加证明她是女人，但是看了这个片子她才理解到其实以男性的角度对男性产生欲望是不一样的。我很开心这个片子对她有这样的作用，因为我很少作为心理女性爱上一个男人。但于我而言，器官只是感受爱欲的一个途径，真正的爱恋其实真的有机会抛开what's down there as long as it can feel the excitement and release the desire.

#Sundance2024#2.5.依然利用archive与个人采访作为主要材料，某种程度上填补了trans masculine在纪实影像中的讨论，然而其中作为串联材料的各种reenactment在“Framing Agnes”后已经不再有新意。从一个构想的bathhouse开始，到全片一直提及的the idea of lines, 这些关于将抽象的权利结构化为具象的形状范围的做法值得结合Ahmed的酷儿现象学来分析。然而尽管cast一个伊朗裔trans masc queer作为主人公，本片的西方中心以及对于transness缺乏挑战性想象的问题，最终没有得到解决。可以预想类似的纪录片可能会越来越多，然而没有进步的representation有时候会带来更多限制。
